Your role
Responsibilities of this role are:
• End-to-End My Quest Requests: Manage and resolve My Quest (MQ) requests efficiently.
• Ticket Study & Kit-Spares Management: Create and modify kits and spares in Excel and 3DX and execute ownership transfer requests to CTS.
• Data Accuracy: Update missing part parameters in 3DX through Jira when required.
• BOM Management: Handle BOM updates and changes in BPCS.
• Enovia Flow Management: Initiate and manage Enovia flows for kit and spare releases, ensuring replication in BPCS.
• Review of MQ Tickets: Regularly review open MQ tickets and promptly raise concerns.
• Timely Ticket Closure: Ensure timely resolution and closure of MQ tickets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Jira Updates: Maintain timely task updates and accurate effort logging.
• Project Updates: Provide regular project status updates.
• Process Improvement: Support process and workflow improvement initiatives.
• SOP Contribution: Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Change Management: Support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
• Business Continuity: Act as a backup for team members when required.
• Team Coordination: Follow up on MQ tickets and support timely issue resolution.
• Migration & Integration Support: Assist with migration and software integration activities.
• KPI Adherence: Meet KPI targets and align with team performance goals.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years industry experience.
- Experience in PLM software and ERP system
- Analytical thinking and Problem-solving attitude
- Good team player
- Fluency in oral and written communication skills.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco, GECIA office in Pune, Hinjewadi.
