Your Role

The GenAI Lighthouse is looking for a GenAI Enabler, serving as a first point of contact for end-users having questions about AI Brains, our internal GenAI Chatbot Platform. The enabler thus is an AI Brains expert dedicated to helping end-users by introducing the platform and all its features, and ensuring teams are fully operational.
This role involves providing initial support to get teams up and running, debugging issues as needed and ensuring that after the initial engagement, teams can operate independently without further assistance from the Lighthouse.
For more technical features in AI Brains, it is expected that the enabler can perform the necessary actions for the non-technical bot owners.
Of course, it is expected that often-requested features, new ideas and development opportunities, are kept track of and communicated towards the entire team.

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users with questions about AI Brains
• Introduce the platform and all its features
• Ensure teams are fully operational and can operate independently
• Provide initial support to get teams up and running
• Debug issues as needed
• Perform necessary actions for non-technical bot owners for more technical features
• Track and communicate often-requested features, new ideas, and development opportunities to the team
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and contribute to the research and development of new AI-based solutions.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Required skills are as follows:
-    You know the ins and outs of AI and GenAI, and know the different steps of the data science process: from data extraction over model building to deployment and monitoring has no secrets for you.
-    You know the Azure cloud stack, especially Azure AI.
-    You have a good understanding of APIs, databases, Python and LLMs.
-    You communicate fluently in English.
-    You are not shy to challenge the governance processes and try to improve the current way of working.
Preferably, you also have:
-    Knowledge about the AI Brains platform and MEAN stack applications.
-    Experience with digital signal processing (of voice, images, video).
-    Experience with following tools/technologies/frameworks: Jira, Agile, Scrum, Confluence.
