Holding Finance & Treasury Manager

Your role

As a Holding Finance & Treasury Manager , your mission is to manage and execute financial and operational tasks related to Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and Treasury in a manner that creates value for the shareholders. You will report to Holding Controller & CFO.

To succeed, you will need

• Business Planning & Funding: Oversee execution of business plans, manage funding needs, and support digitization aligned with sustainability goals.
• Financial Governance & Reporting: Ensure internal controls and compliance; support monthly group reporting, balance sheet reviews, audits, and board/management materials.
• Cash, Treasury & Banking: Manage cash forecasting, surplus investments, bank reconciliations, signatories, limits, dividends, and liaise with Group Treasury and banks.
• Stakeholder & CSR Management: Act as audit POC, manage external stakeholders, and oversee CSR funding and reporting.
• Digital & Strategic Initiatives: Drive workflow automation, master data governance, MIS reporting (CSR/Monthly/Quarterly), and Finance Council meetings.
• Risk, Insurance & Compliance: Support risk mitigation, manage business insurance, and ensure regulatory compliance

You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury and Reporting. 

Experince Requirements

• Knowledge of Companies Act, ICFR, banking regulations and basic corporate taxation
• Effective communicator, result - oriented, collaborative, high performing
• Knowledge of SAP preferred

Educational Requirements

• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• English Proficiency

On-Site
