Your role

Within the Human Resources team of GECIA and reporting directly to the HR Manager of GECIA, HR BP deals with the following activities:
• Talent acquisition: management of the entire selection process, from the drafting and publication of job advertisements to the preparation of the letter of commitment for the chosen candidate. Support pre-onboarding and onboarding.
• Employer branding: management of contacts with training institutes, agencies or other bodies for participation in physical and digital events; development of content to improve AC India's visibility on digital channels (e.g. linkedIn, website, etc.) in collaboration with the Communication team.
• Learning & Development: Implementation of individual and team development plans, with the aim of supporting professional growth and promoting internal mobility; Organization of training initiatives and management of related administrative activities, including cost reporting; Monitoring of training KPIs, such as completion rate and engagement, to ensure the effectiveness of the programs; Coordination with Competence Development team; Support OD team in the promotion of a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to develop skills in line with the strategic needs of the organization.
• HR KPI reporting and monitoring: for reporting on recruiting activities and for any other HR process, also through the use of HR Link and Learning Link systems.
• Ability to manage employee relations, resolution of conflicts and promotion of a climate of collaboration between company and staff.
• Support to the HR Manager: transversal support in the management of annual processes and special projects.

You have 6-8 years of experience, working as a HR Generalist.

  • Excellent command of English
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation is a mandatory requirement
  • Good knowledge of development tools (360° feedback, individual evaluation, etc.)
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a Master's/HR specialization (preferred)
