Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence through strategic product and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with various teams to introduce new products and enhance market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Related:

- Product Lifecycle Management & Pricing:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Product Trainings:
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions highlighting unique selling propositions (USPs), competitive advantages, and customer value.
- Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers
- Competition Analysis & Market Size Estimation:
- Perform detailed competition analysis to identify product gaps and market opportunities.
- Estimate market size and potential for new and existing products.
- New Product Introduction:
- Collaborate with Divisional Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and product teams to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Manage the process from ideation to launch and provide field follow-up to ensure successful market entry.
- Competence Development:
- Continous assessment for Product and Application knowledge for Direct and Indirect Team
- Conduct Product and application training for Direct and Indirect Team and improve the competence development with clear measurable target improvement in hit-rate.
- Product Lifecycle Management & Pricing:

- Market Mapping:
- Map potential markets with respect to geography, competition, and customer segments.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential areas for business expansion.
- Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional sales teams to identify gaps in market presence, product offerings, and analyse lost orders.
- Develop strategies to address these gaps and improve sales performance.
- Identify OEMs and working Regional Sale team to develop and maintain.
- Marketing Communication & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing communication team to plan and execute promotional activities, primarily through digital media but also via traditional channels.
- Aim to position the brand among the top two in the market by bridging gaps in presence and product offerings.
- Lead Management and Dealer Management Processes:
- Ensure Lead Generation from Marketing Efforts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing Communication to have sufficient pipeline for achieving Sales targets
- Ensure Marketing Qualification of leads and assigning to Dealer or Sales team through CRM system and are closed and provide feedback to Marketing Communication.
- Marketing & Business Intelligence:
- Conduct marketing intelligence to identify gaps in market share by geography and segment.
- Analyse sales data to provide insights for inventory planning, sales promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Market Mapping:
Conduct Lost Order Analysis and prepare action plan to improve hit rate, bring ideas for Product Development, Reach
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Sales, business development, product management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and promotional strategies.
