Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Your role
Main Responsibilities -
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across digital platforms, supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and business objectives.
Create compelling content for newsletters, emails, blogs, landing pages, WhatsApp campaigns, social media, dealer communications, and internal platforms using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Sprout Social etc.; ensuring consistency with approved brand guidelines and messaging.
Support middle-of-funnel marketing activities by implementing nurturing campaigns, monitoring performance, analysing campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.
Manage and optimize customer communication platforms, including WhatsApp, HubSpot, CRM, and marketing automation systems, ensuring effective customer interactions, campaign execution, and data-driven improvements through testing and analytics.
Support internal communication initiatives by maintaining SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other communication channels, ensuring timely dissemination of information and tracking employee engagement metrics.
Support dealer development and digital enablement by providing marketing resources, digital support, and guidance to strengthen brand presence and market reach.
Support and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, webinars, product launches, and internal engagement activities by assisting with logistics, promotional materials, stakeholder communication, and execution activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, dealers, external agencies, and vendors to support the execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital programs, events, and communication activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and approved brand guidelines.
Work closely with and support the Digital Marketing & Communication Manager in implementing marketing strategies, communication plans, digital initiatives, reporting activities, and continuous improvement projects.
Monitor marketing performance, generate reports, and leverage analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Maintain and support adherence to global and local brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints, ensuring consistent visual identity, messaging, and brand representation in all marketing and communication activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, latest marketing tools, and marketing best practices while contributing innovative ideas, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring efficient utilization of marketing resources and budgets.
To succeed, you will need
Essential Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related role
Strong content creation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Experience with:
HubSpot or marketing automation platforms
CRM systems
Social media management tools
SEO and content marketing
Website content management systems
