Merger &Acquisitions Solutions Coordinator

Your role

As the Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) Solutions Coordinator at Atlas Copco, you will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless integration and optimization of enterprise IT solutions that underpin our global mergers and acquisitions activities. You will collaborate closely across multiple domains, including digital workplace technologies such as end user computing and collaboration tools, as well as infrastructure areas encompassing identity management, networking, server environments, and cloud platforms.

Your responsibilities will span global business areas and diverse geographic regions ensuring consistent alignment between enterprise architecture strategies, regional IT operations, and dedicated solution teams to successfully address M&A requirements. You will serve as the orchestrator in coordinating enterprise solutions that enable accelerated, cost-effective integration of acquired entities’ IT landscapes into our organization.

In this forward-looking role, you will combine strategic insight with practical execution to establish and continuously evolve a robust portfolio of M&A solutions. Your ability to bridge technological expertise with operational pragmatism will be valuable in selecting and tailoring IT solutions that optimize cost, value, and implementation speed. You will engage comprehensive stakeholder management, partnering with solution and product owners to enhance existing processes and roll out innovative integration frameworks. By doing so, you will advance our capacity to realize efficient M&A transformations that underpin our corporate growth.

To succeed, you will need

• Strong foundation as a versatile IT generalist with the ability to rapidly learn and adapt across digital workplace and infrastructure domains
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows Server environments, Cisco and Check Point networking/security solutions, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure technologies is highly advantageous
• Understanding of China-specific regulatory and operational IT landscape is a valuable plus
• Proven skills in communication, leadership, and decision-making, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to user experience excellence and practical, cost-effective solution delivery
• Willingness to travel internationally for collaboration with global teams
• Fluent English communication, essential for global coordination
