Microsoft 365 Service Delivery Coordinator

Role Overview
The Microsoft 365 Service Delivery Coordinator will play an important role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, requests, and improvements relating to Microsoft 365. This position involves coordinating regular review meetings, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing incidents, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, all aimed at achieving continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
This position focuses on expertise in Microsoft 365, UCaaS (Teams), CCaaS (Teams), and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
Project Planning: Support the onboarding process for new entities within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project goals and Agile principles.
Execution: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, performance metrics, and business requirements.
Scrum Master Duties: Perform Agile Scrum Master duties, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, execution processes, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest project management methodologies and best practices, applying them to improve project delivery and team performance.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise between various stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in handling numbers and data analysis.
- Certifications and experience in Microsoft 365 products
- 5 or more years experience

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco in Pune, India.
