Microsoft 365 Team Lead

Your role

As Team Leader of the Microsoft 365 Team Lead, your mission is to lead the team of Microsoft 365 experts to deliver solutions and projects related to Microsoft 365. This includes focusing on Microsoft 365, UCaaS (Teams), CCaaS (Teams), and Microsoft Dynamics 365.  The role will play an important role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, requests, and improvements. The team aims to deliver these solutions effectively, supporting the solutions and regional delivery teams by providing expertise within the organization.

To succeed, you will need

• Technical Microsoft 365 Understanding
  • Provide the team with a strong architectural and solutions lead on the technical aspects of Microsoft 365 ensuring that solutions provided are robust, in line with Atlas Copco architectural standards and fit for purpose

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
  • Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose viable solutions.
  • Draft functional scope documents to define project objectives and deliverables
  • Conduct discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights on process improvements Support business teams in defining requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Provide ad hoc support to address urgent business or technical queries.

• Customer Focus & Service Excellence
  • Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to track projects, proposals, and business engagements
  • Maintain dashboards and KPls to monitor quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure resource availability and technical competence within the team.

• People Management & Talent Development
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Mentor and coach team members on technical and leadership skills.
  • Define and execute training and career development plans.
  • Conduct talent reviews and succession planning
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer success.
  • Develop subject matter experts in app and software technologies
  • Foster strong employee engagement and a sense of purpose
• Innovation & Technology Leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and competency development within the team
  • Implement forward-thinking technology solutions to maintain a competitive edge

• Agile & Operational Excellence
  • Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus).
  • Implement resource planning mechanisms for optimal utilization and transparency.
  • Act as a Business Analyst, understanding customer needs and proposing sustainable solutions.
  • Identify and address resource bottlenecks.
  • Lead process improvements in project management and client engagement.
  • Optimize team productivity, project profitability, and revenue realization while maintaining quality.

Educational Requirement:

• The candidate has a university degree (E.g. MCS/BE etc.) in Computer Science
• Affinity and understanding of IT applications is essential
• Project management certifications are considered as an asset

Experience Requirement:

Overall you have 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 technical roles with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in people/team management.

Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Group at Pune, Hinjewadi.
