As a National Oerations Manager, your mission is elaborated below. You will report to Business Line Manager.
- The incumbent will be responsible for the complete Technical & Service Operations of PTS (AC) Division for India & neighbouring countries (Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh)
- The incumbent should be able to marshal service resources effectively to cover and maintain good internal stakeholders’ relationship on long term basis.
- Position will be responsible for improve operational efficiency of direct and indirect team by implement & utilizing business tools like DMS, PowerConnect, PGA Simulator, WOL, MOL, FleetLink, C4C etc.
- The incumbent should also have a control on service cost with optimum utilization of the service resources and maintain Service Variance Zero as per divisional target.
- Position will be responsible for Handling warranties, Settlement of claims and ensure timely reimbursement from product company.
- The incumbent should coordinate and conduct trails, demonstration of New and existing products.
- Position will be responsible for improve value added jobs as per divisional requirements.
- Position will be responsible for technical competency development of direct and indirect
- Position will be responsible for optimum utilization of RePower centre by implementing new service process & SOP’s.
- The incumbent should close coordinate with PC and implement self-serviceability model for all new and existing products.
- The incumbent should ensure and achieve all key Service KPI’s as per divisional target.
- Develop a concept of taking and giving feedback and ensuring good interpersonal relationship within the team to develop the spirit of “ONE united Team”.
- The incumbent should bear positive attitude and capacity to think “Out of the Box” to make an efficient, agile, and service driven organisation.
- The position requires regular domestic travel & frequent interaction with multiple stake holders - customers, distributors, Internal Sales & Service team.

To succeed, you will need
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Knowledge:
- 8-10 Years’ experience in handling Aftermarket Sales & Service.
- Service Sales in construction/Mining industries.
- Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engines will be an added advantage.
