Order Management Executive / Sr. Executive

The Role

Principal Accountabilities: -

•    Purchase Orders received, Booking and Executing orders in SAP.
•    Sending Order Acknowledgements/ Proforma Invoices.
•    Monitoring the Orders in SAP with respect to Internal Order generation (PC),   Material availability, Holds management.  

•    Co-ordination with Customers/Sales Engineers for orders related issues.
•    Co-ordination with counterpart for Material Availability, dispatch, shipment docs & Expedition related to Orders activity. 
•    Communication with customer regarding their order updates.

•    Regular updates to Internal team on OOH.

•    Planning for Invoicing / Despatch of the orders based on the material availability & accordingly instruct to team for further shipment process. 
•    Weekly and Monthly update on Open Orders Status.
•    Maintaining the Sales Invoicing & Open Order data.

•    Data Analysis.

•    SAP knowledge.

What we expect of you? 

Degree in any specialisation.

• Atleast 3 years of Experience in Order & Supply Chain Managment in manufacturing organisation
• Commercial transaction knowledge & Knolwedge on  ERP (SAP) related to Order to Cash (O2C) 

Other requirements.

• English & local language is a must, Listening & interpersonal skills
• Planning, organising (prioritizing), Co-ordinating & Execution.
