P2P Specialist
Your Role:
You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, supplier creation, scheduled payments, and vendor query resolution. The role involves maintaining accurate vendor data in SAP, ensuring GST & TDS compliance, performing quality checks, and reviewing MIS to identify duplicate or incorrect payments, while delivering timely and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.
Principal accountabilities:
- Working on Accounts Payable task
- Processing of Invoices
- Batching of Suppliers and Making Payments as per Schedule
- Creation of Suppliers in SAP
- Vendor queries resolutions and quality check of documents
- Vendor database maintenance Set-up & update
- MIS- reviewing payments for potential duplicate payments
To succeed, you will need:
Critical Skills
- Graduate/Post graduate education - B.Com and equivalent
- Fluency in English
- 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferably in manufacturing set up
- Awareness of GST & TDS rules and compliances
- SAP Accounts Payable module knowledge is a big plus
