Join our innovative Solutions team as a Platform Owner/Architect responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across all operational environments including Development, Testing, and Production. This position demands a visionary individual who ensures the platform is not only secure and stable but also scalable and cost-efficient to meet current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary custodian for the Dynamics 365 tenant, overseeing all platform environments to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Formulate and implement robust governance frameworks that define standards, quality controls, and change management protocols to assure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Product Owner to align platform development with business objectives by managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and translating complex requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage user access rights strictly, administrating roles and permissions while enforcing segregation of duties to safeguard sensitive operations.
• Oversee system integrations, ensuring all connected resources and configurations operate seamlessly within the platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate effectively with external technology partners, internal stakeholders, and service delivery teams to coordinate changes and manage operational controls.
• Monitor platform capacity, licensing utilization, health indicators, and identify operational risks, proactively instituting mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and innovations, driving continual improvements and adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories to support sustainable platform lifecycle management and end-user support.

To succeed, you will need

We are looking for an experienced Platform Owner/Architect with a minimum of 10 years of extensive hands-on experience.

• An engineering degree or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform environments and related architecture.
• Demonstrated skills in platform architecture, system administration, security protocols, and ensuring data integrity.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear dialogue with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for analyzing complex platform challenges and implementing effective interventions.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance remote work with on-site presence at our Atlas Copco facility located in Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 1.
