We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for Enterprise Applications who will act as a crucial link between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. This role requires ownership of the entire product lifecycle, including defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing feature enhancements, and ensuring seamless execution of digital solutions that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Formulate and communicate a compelling, long-term product vision aligned with Atlas Copco’s strategic goals and emerging market trends. Establish product roadmaps incorporating quick wins and scalable enhancements to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders, functional experts, and IT teams, facilitating clear and continuous dialogue to align goals and expectations.
• Agile Backlog and Delivery Management: Manage the product backlog rigorously by writing detailed epics and user stories with precise acceptance criteria. Lead agile ceremonies to enable on-time delivery of high-quality, customer-focused product increments.
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for customer needs by leveraging feedback, analytics, and UX collaboration to optimize usability and adoption across user groups.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all product development activities abide by organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Maintain oversight of budgets, risks, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Performance Monitoring: Define meaningful KPIs to assess product success, providing actionable insights and regular updates to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and investments.

This role demands a strategic mindset with hands-on involvement, capable of navigating complex, cross-functional stakeholder landscapes to deliver transformative enterprise IT solutions that drive measurable business impact.

To succeed, you will need

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
• Possession of formal Product Owner certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe POPM) is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT, product management, digital platforms, or application delivery, including a minimum of 5 years in a Product Owner or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise-level digital products, with experience in SaaS platforms and large-scale business systems.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with demonstrated success in guiding cross-disciplinary teams toward shared objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with technical professionals and business stakeholders alike.
