Your role
Job description:
The Salesperson will be part of the Industrial Air Division within Compressor Technique. Working as Proposal Engineer, you have to develop the supplier, packagers and working on proposal creation to achieve the defined Target / KPI. Also define mechanism / pricing tool for quick response, alignment with the IAT Divisional Strategy. He will ensure a full coverage of Industrial Air Product Basket.
Mission:
Achieve 10% business contribution on NIS through Engineered Solutions, for Industrial Air Division within India in next 3Year
1) The candidate is expected to work independently for assigned Task
2) Tender / Project Specification evaluation, Proposal Creation
3) Vendor selection, Technical Evaluation and Communication
4) Project Management / Execution, Packager development
5) Post Order customer communication & Project Documentation
6) Visiting Packager / Supplier for Project discussion and Testing
7) Working in close coordination with our Direct Sales team for assigned territory to achieve desired results and objectives
8) Responsible for Proposal Efficiency, Profitability, increase Hit rate
9) Having good acumen in Technical & commercial terms
10) Reporting – All reporting will be through system
11) Gathering market intelligence and report regularly to management for any special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competition developments
12) Co-ordinate and regularly communicate with stake holders to draw support, seek guidance, learn and share best practices for the assigned portfolio
13) Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards (The way we do things), while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Work within Company guideline
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements:
1) Should have relevant minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project &/or Proposal
2) Good IT skills, and desire to learn and adopt new systems
