Role 

The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives supplier quality, oversees quality control processes, and leads QSHE initiatives. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience in audits, RCA, and quality tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Define, implement, and maintain QMS processes aligned with customer requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and update processes as required.
  • Develop, track, and report quality metrics to leadership.

2. QMS Implementation & Continuous Improvement

  • Train project teams on QMS processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Monitor customer feedback, including NPS scores, and initiate improvement actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
  • Conduct customer visits for training, feedback, and process alignment.

3. Supplier Quality & Audits

  • Plan and execute supplier audits for new and existing partners.
  • Develop audit checklists, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and lead follow‑up improvement initiatives.

4. Certification & Compliance (ISO Standards)

  • Support compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Deliver ISO awareness and internal auditor training.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to conduct certification and surveillance audits.

5. Quality Control & Monitoring

  • Monitor daily job quality and feedback from operations.
  • Conduct RCA for customer complaints and define action plans.
  • Publish monthly quality reports, NPS insights, and operational dashboards.
  • Perform internal audits and share outcomes with global stakeholders.

6. CAD Administration

  • Review annual CAD licensing requirements and propose budget allocations.
  • Coordinate with procurement for software acquisition and track usage monthly.

7. QSHE Management

  • Develop and implement QSHE policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct QSHE audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Implement emergency response plans and drive workplace safety improvements.
  • Work to minimize incidents, hazards, and occupational risks.

To Suceed you will need:

  • BE/B.Tech degree with 6–10 years of experience in Quality Control or QMS functions.
  • Certified Lead Auditor (mandatory).
  • Certifications in Six Sigma / Quality Tools preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
    • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
    • ISO 45001:2018 / OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health & Safety
  • Hands‑on expertise in quality tools:
    • RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, FMEA, PDCA, Pareto, SPC, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
