Your Role
Purpose
A high-quality IT infrastructure is a must to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world. Atlas Copco´s digital journey continues, to enable us to run business at full speed. To ensure we can deliver this globally, we are now looking for someone to join our Central IT Operations team as a IT Security Specialist
As such you will assure that, together with our external partners and internal IT Service Teams, we deliver IT Security services with the required quality, reliability, speed, and the right costs. You will coordinate, resolve and/or drive various Security Improvement and Remediation activities along with Security configuration initiatives in this area of Digital Security, on a project base and/or ad-hoc base.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and perform, normal and exceptional processing of user access and change requests, escalating such requests when appropriate
- Resolve incidents and request tickets
- Reports and follow up on unresolved vulnerabilities & security exposures, misuse of resources or noncompliance situations using defined escalation processes
- Interface with the business area security officers to identify, protect, and secure the most valuable data assets for his/her business area
- Coordinate and assist in Control Self-Assessment and required vendor Security Questionnaires
- Validate/verify third-party vendors security and compliance capabilities (Cloud Security)
- Validate and assure minimum security requirements are implemented across different Digital IT Systems and applications.
- Validate and implement security and configurations settings for our most critical IT Infrastructure and data assets (Firewalls, Zscaler, M365, Cloud Security configurations etc)
- Coordinate and assist the implementation IT Security requirements for newly acquired companies
- Implement and enforce the Group security policies, directives, and procedures
- Interface with the change Advisory Board to propose changes, assess impact and coordinate the implementation and assure the stability and availability of our most critical IT infrastructure and data assets.
- Performs system security configuration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines
- Performs installation and configuration management of security systems and applications, including policy assessment and compliance tools, network security appliances and host-based security systems
- Assists and trains junior team members in the use of security tools, the preparation of security reports and the resolution of security issues
- Develops and maintains documentation for security systems and procedures
- Support the group internal Audit in conducting IT focused audits.
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Security operations
- 3+ years of experience in another IT function, especially IT Auditing
- 3+ years of experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (e.g., IS027000, COBIT, NIST 800, etc.)
- Experience with Security tools such as BitSight, Outpost etc.
- Basic security principles: Defense in depth, trust domains, least privilege
- Working knowledge of External DNS and PKI certificates
- Experience in developing and managing Power Bi reports
- Experience with APIs and Automation is highly desirable
- Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions. Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment
- Experience of successfully delivering IT services, projects, and support.
- Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and ITIL methodologies
- Proven track record of continuous learning, self-development and working in highly collaborative environment and have excellent organization skills
Educational/Personality Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is preferred
- Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is desirable
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must; second language preferred.
