As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – CTS PC, your mission is to To provide professional service support to both local and global Customer Centres, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].
You will Responsible for -

Customer Support & Service Coordination for CNG compressors
-
- Deliver day-to-day service support to Customer Centres using CTS tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of myQUEST tickets.
- Conduct field visits for root cause analysis and technical support.
Product Quality & Warranty Management
-
- Collect and interpret product guarantee data from Customer Centres.
- Communicate findings to relevant departments for continuous product improvement.
- Manage PQM and TCM processes to reduce warranty costs and failure rates.
- Handle warranty claims through WAnT Claim Review.
Engineering Change & Product Development

- Track and implement Engineering Change Bulletins (ECB) and Service Bulletins (SB).
- Actively participate in new product development meetings to ensure serviceability and lifecycle cost optimization.
Technical Documentation & Information Flow

- Ensure timely access to service and technical information for all products.
- Regularly update Service and Maintenance Kits based on product design changes.
- Modify Approved Spare Lists (ASLs) in line with design notifications.
Failure Analysis & Reporting
-
- Perform detailed failure report analysis to identify trends and root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.

To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field experience on customer technical support.
- Technical knowledge on CNG compressors and compressed air ancillaries is a necessity.
- Should have strong knowledge of Atlas Copco products.
- Should be conversant with Atlas Copco standards, design and drawing methodology.
- Should interact with customers and visit them whenever necessary
- Strong knowledge of MS-office tools
Knowledge
- Good communication skills in English language (verbal and written)
- Should have very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work within a time frame in line with management requirement.
- Able to plan and organize effectively with the right sense of urgency.
- Have a Customer Centric mindset.
Educational requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
