Your Role

Join us as a Sr. RPA Developer within Digital Technology (Robotics Process Automation) team, based out at Pune/Vadodara to deliver end-to-end automated RPA solutions and maintain their operations on daily bases. Are you motivated to provide innovative and timely solution to business needs? Do you want to be a catalyst in expanding RPA competency and adoption of RPA in Atlas Copco?

We expect you to participate & contribute to every stage of project right from interacting with internal customers/stakeholders, understanding their requirements, proposing them the solutions to the best fit of their expectations, developing such solutions and maintaining their life cycle.

You will be part of local team working from Atlas Copco, Pune/Vadodara office but you will have chance to be part of Global Projects delivery

 
To succeed, you will need  

To be a part of a dynamic team who does following,

• • To partner with SME from different teams/departments and identify the elements of the process to be automated.
  • To carry out workshops with managers/promoters wanting to adapt RPA , and identify the potential processes. Suggest the change in the main process to increase the automation potential.
  • To create a solution according to  standard designing principles / conventions.
  • Coding and scripting the solution using Uipath and any other relevant programming components.
  • Communication with various stake holders of the process and organization.
  • Documenting solution through various documents like PDD, DSD, AS-IS and TO-BE process diagrams.
  • Building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase
  • Supporting the development teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
  • Supporting the existing automated processes and implementing the change requests as per change control process.
  • Successfully manage the issues arises in day to day operation and development.
  • Be a part of team managing BOT infrastructure, being shared by entire company. Provide solutions for execution of different bots, reporting and charging their execution.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years

• Skills
  • More than 3 years of experience in RPA technology (Preferably UiPath and Power Automate Desktop)
  • RPA development and implementation experience using Uipath and  Power Automate Desktop
  • Experience with full SDLC for RPA solution
  • Good communication skill
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft technologies (.NET, Windows, Internet Explorers, SQL Server, Web Services, MS Office)
  • Experience in Javascript and selector customization in Power Automate desktop using Javascript.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solution.
  • Good Team player
