Your Role

As the Senior Technical Support Specialist for Treasury Applications at Atlas Copco’s Global IT Hub in India, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing mission-critical treasury IT solutions that support financial operations worldwide. This role requires you to take ownership of the entire lifecycle of treasury applications such as Trax, Multibank, Quantum, and ICE, ensuring exceptional system reliability, security, and usability.

In this capacity, you will serve as a vital bridge between treasury operations, business stakeholders, and external IT vendors, understanding complex business needs and translating them into technical requirements and solutions. You will lead incident resolution efforts, optimize treasury workflows through IT improvements and automation, and contribute to strategic projects driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide expert operational support and troubleshooting for treasury systems, promptly addressing and resolving incidents to minimize disruption across global operations.
• Coordinate closely with third-party IT suppliers and internal teams to escalate and resolve issues effectively, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the process.
• Manage user access rights and compliance protocols rigorously to safeguard sensitive financial data and uphold audit standards.
• Configure and optimize Multibank integration setups, facilitating seamless communication and transactions with banking partners through thorough testing and implementation.
• Govern SharePoint environments for treasury collaboration, maintaining structure, permissions, and end-user support to enhance productivity and information sharing.
• Oversee the performance and maintenance of the SWIFT messaging infrastructure, including updates, monitoring, transaction troubleshooting, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Perform routine treasury data management tasks such as monthly foreign exchange rate uploads, serving as the key system administrator for treasury platforms.
• Drive treasury process innovation through initiatives such as automating manual tasks, deploying digital tools like chatbots, and improving bank channel integrations.
• Enhance system adoption by developing training materials, conducting user sessions, and creating documentation to empower treasury teams with knowledge and confidence.
• Track application performance metrics and collect user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement, ensuring treasury solutions evolve responsively to business needs.
• Support scheduled release and upgrade activities, ensuring changes roll out smoothly with minimal impact on day-to-day treasury operations.

To succeed, you will need:

• Proven experience: At least five years supporting and managing treasury IT applications in a multinational business context.
• Technical proficiency: Deep knowledge of treasury management systems like Trax, Quantum, Multibank, and ICE, plus strong familiarity with SWIFT infrastructure and SharePoint administration.
• Process and compliance acumen: Strong understanding of treasury operations, regulatory compliance, ITIL frameworks, and effective change management practices.
• Project and communication skills: Demonstrated capability in managing IT projects, conducting business analysis, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational credentials: Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience, with ITIL Foundation certification considered an advantage.
• Personal qualities: A proactive, business-focused mindset combined with collaborative communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
