Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• You will perform comprehensive technical analysis of business requirements, transforming them into well-structured coding solutions to meet project goals.
• As an innovative problem solver, you are expected to design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable software applications that adhere to best practices.
• You will take full ownership of application development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet customer expectations and business needs.
• Engage proactively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather clear requirements, offer solutions, and adapt to evolving needs to drive project success.
• Collaborate closely with the Application Owner and relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality across all stages of development and deployment.
• Document both technical and functional specifications thoroughly, including release notes and aftercare guidelines, to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor and provide technical support to colleagues and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process and software quality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities to maintain high standards of performance and security.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development environments.
