Store Administrator (External)
Your role
Main Responsibility -
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) processing and ensure timely system updates.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for dispatched shipments.
- Track and maintain shipment movement details to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment performance and prepare monthly shipment tracking reports.
- Maintain accurate Inward and Outward Movement Reports.
- Verify and monitor Gate Inward and Gate Outward entries for compliance and accuracy.
- Update and maintain logistics, warehouse, and shipment-related documentation and records.
To succeed, you will need
- Knowledge, skills, experience required
- Graduate – Any Degree.
- Atleast 3 years of Experience in Warehouse Management
- Commercial transaction knowledge & Knolwedge on ERP (SAP) related to Order to Cash (O2C)
- Other requirements.
- English & local language is a must, Listening & interpersonal skills
