Store Assistant

The Role

Principal Accountabilities : -

•    Hand’s on for Packing, Loading & Unloading works.
•    Maintaining all Store, logistics and Dispatch activities. 

•    Checking & Verifying the OBD shipments along with Commercial docs.
•    Documentation of stores activities like inward / outward / Challan / Issue Slips.  

•    Prepare all commercial documents for outgoing shipments.  (Challan, Waybill, IRN etc). 
•    Tracking on shipments.
•    Communication with the relevant team regards shipment process. 
•    Material Management.
•    Store arrangement by Arranging the material with respective locations. 
•    Inward Material checking along with documents.

•    Inventory cycle count. 

•    Monthly reporting of all Incoming & outgoing shipments.
•    SAP knowledge.

•    Ability to identify  and resolve logistical Issues. (For Example – Stock Shortage or Shipment delays.)

Knowledge, skills, experience required
•    Graduate – Any Degree.
•    Good Communication.
•    Commercial knowledge. 
•    Know how of Supply Chain Activities.
