Team Leader - Core Technology Engineered Solutions

Your role
1. People Management
At the heart of every successful engineered solutions project lies a motivated and cohesive team. Effective people management means not only understanding the unique dynamics of each member, but also inspiring growth and collaboration. By offering thoughtful feedback during performance reviews, guiding professional development, and nurturing a culture of open communication, leaders can transform challenges into opportunities. Team-building initiatives, constructive conflict resolution, and ongoing mentorship empower individuals to reach their full potential, ensuring both personal fulfillment and collective achievement.
2. Project Planning
Great projects begin with a robust plan. Active participation in key meeting like POM (Pre Oder Meeting) and KOM (Kick-Off Meeting) sets the stage for clarity and confidence. By clearly defining deliverables, milestones, and team roles, and by seeking valuable input from the Service Delivery Head, the project team builds a roadmap toward success. Sharing these plans with Sponsor not only ensures alignment but also fosters trust, paving the way for seamless, on-time delivery and a first-time-right approach.
3. Project Execution
The spirit of execution is all about momentum and adaptability. Diligent daily oversight ensures that tasks, deliverables, and resources remain on track and in sync with established SOPs. Quick responses to technical queries, smooth coordination with external partners and agile adaptation to changing circumstances help keep the project within scope and on budget. Continuous updates to the Service Delivery Head about SOPs and training requirements guarantee that the team is always equipped to deliver excellence on time and every time.
4. Internal and External Reporting
Transparent communication is the engine that drives project progress. Weekly project review meetings with the Service Delivery Head provide a platform to discuss achievements, flag challenges, and update strategies. Regular status reports to Team Leader - Core Technology Engineered Solutions customers and stakeholders highlight accomplishments and keep everyone engaged and informed. By proactively sharing key milestones and updates, the project team solidifies trust and demonstrates a commitment to shared goals.
5. Quality Checks
Quality is not just a box to tick. It’s a promise to deliver the best. Dedicated reviewers conduct in-depth quality checks, focusing on both product and process, with a special emphasis on PLM/PDM systems. Thorough analysis and feedback spark meaningful discussions during end-of-engineering and end-of-production meetings, involving all key leaders. By identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies, the team continually refines its approach, striving for greater efficiency and outstanding results.
