Main Responsibilities:
- Produce high‑quality training assets for global service audiences. Deliver complete, accurate, and well‑structured training materials—instructor‑led training slide decks (PPT), learning aids, and/or self‑paced learning assets (knowledge articles)—that support effective learning for global Field/Onsite Service and STC audiences.
- Translate learning designs into deployable training content

Work with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency of training content, ensuring materials reflect approved source information. - Enable scalable and consistent training delivery
Create training assets that can be deployed consistently across multiple regions adhering to standard training frameworks. - Maintain training content currency and sustainability
Keep training assets up to date as products, systems, or training requirements evolve, ensuring materials remain fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle. - Support efficient training development and deployment
Reduce rework and development effort by delivering training content that meets defined quality standards and is ready for validation, rollout, and ongoing use.
