Territory Manager Aftermarket West;

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager – Aftermarket to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution networks, and enhance customer engagement within the assigned region. The role focuses on expanding aftermarket business by identifying untapped opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of standard aftermarket products and services to direct customers and as well as distributors.
  • Own and deliver the regional sales budget to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and untapped market potential.
  • Build and educate distribution network for independent digital sales.
  • Manage and execute parts of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding product applications and usage.
  • Identify opportunities to expand quotation scope and increase order value.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in aftermarket sales/Product sales, account management, or customer experience.
  • Experience with technical products and distribution channels.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
