Your Role:

The Travel & Expenses Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's travel and business expense reimbursement program. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and provides guidance and support to employees.

Main Responsibilities:

• Expense Reporting: Review and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) System: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the T&S system, including user management and audit rules.
• Employee Support: Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and expense submissions, providing ongoing education and training on T&E processes and policies.
• Credit card administration: Liaise with the company credit card provider for new cards, lost or damaged cards and changing limits.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, vendors, and senior leadership regarding travel and expense matters.
• Performance Metrics: Meet specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Additional accounting tasks determined by managers.

To succeed you will need:

• University education. Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years working experience. Working in a customer service role would be preferable
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP knowledge is preferable
• Fluent English is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
