Your role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design, development, and engineering projects across functions
- Support product development, process improvement, and optimization initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Digital
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to competence development
- Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Learn and apply industry standards, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project deliver
Short Description
