Workshop Service Technician

Your role
Mission:
To perform Hands on Service in line with product requirements in an efficient manner with an objective of achieving VTS growth targets & customer satisfaction within VTS structure & guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Disassemble, decontaminate, clean, and inspect a variety of vacuum pumps for repair.
- Perform repair/rebuild of pumps using SOP/ specifications to ensure proper operation.
- Testing of equipment to meet quality control requirements.
- Comply with all VTS Workshop related document requirements.
- Recording of test results.
- Always maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company EHS standards.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in diagram form.
- Service Efficiency – FTTFR less than 3 %
- Maintain VTS Workshop equipments in line with VTS Workshop standard.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Diploma/ITI or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of vacuum pumps preferred.
- Read and understand OEM manuals and drawings.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools, and ability to operate hand operated pallet trucks if necessary.
- Full knowledge of hand tools and measuring devices.
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in maintenance or Assembly department.
