Your Role

  1. Software Development:
    • Collaborate in an agile scrum team to develop software solutions.
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the .NET framework.
    • Utilize PowerShell scripting for Utilize expertise in PowerShell scripting to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  2. Integration with Office 365 and Power Platform:
    • Create custom modular software components integrated with Office 365 and Power Platform.
    • Ensure seamless integration of applications across different platforms.
  3. Innovative Problem Solving:
    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Address complex challenges and provide creative solutions using .NET and PowerShell.
  4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Challenge and optimize existing processes to contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Engage in effective communication to understand requirements and provide technical insights.

 
To succeed, you will need  

  1. Computer Science Engineering qualification (B.E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.
  2. Proficiency in .NET Framework:
    • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in .NET framework development.
    • Knowledge of C# and other relevant languages for application development.
  3. PowerShell Scripting:
    • Expertise in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system management.
    • Ability to write efficient and reusable PowerShell scripts.
  4. Agile Development:
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
    • Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
  6. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Visionary Approach:
    • A visionary approach to technology and software development.
    • Willingness to challenge the norm and bring fresh perspectives.
