Development Lab Technician

Your role

As a Development Lab Technician, your mission is to provide high-quality assembly, disassembly and testing support to engineering and R and D teams, ensuring efficient product development and a safe, well-maintained laboratory environment. You will report to Technical Leader R and D Lab.

You will

• Set up testing activities by working closely with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient test execution
• Assemble and disassemble products to support new technology development and failure analysis
• Support the development and execution of standard and complex tests, ensuring reliable and high-quality results

你将负责：

• 和工程师密切合作来搭建测试并保证测试执行的准确和高效；
• 支持新技术开发和失效分析过程中的真空泵拆装；
• 支持标准测试和复杂测试的开发和测试执行，并确保测试结果可靠且完善。

• You have 2 to 3 years of experience, working in an assembly, maintenance or laboratory environment
• A good level of written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and electrical circuits
• Ability to safely use and understand measuring and testing equipment
• Experience with sensors, data logging or laboratory testing environments is preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic tools and machining techniques is preferred
• Have relevent knowledge of the lab safety and energy management system
• Hold a low-voltage electrician certificate

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Qingdao, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
