Starting in September 2026 at our Qingdao, site, as our Global Engineering Graduate, you’ll have the power to participate in a structured rotational program that exposes you to various aspects of Engineering. You’ll also engage in real-world engineering technology projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, and drive innovation within the company and much more.

You can’t thrive without being:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2026 (e.g., Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Semi-Conductor Engineering, or a related field).
• Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Authorised to work for any employer in China. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

What to expect next

The next stage of the application process are online tests and video interviews. We will send you an email within a few weeks of your applying to let you know if your application is being progressed. Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centers in Shanghai in April 2026.
