Your Role
- Manage employees’ attendance records, including working hours, leave, and overtime; ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; generate attendance reports
- Coordinate the full hire-to-retire initiatives, onboarding process for new hires, offboarding formalities, probationary period management, employment contract as well as internal mobility
- Maintain and update staff personnel filing, various HR systems and database on a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with HRSSC and 3rd party to handle employee service relevant matters, such as social security, employee benefit insurance, household registration etc.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to support cross-border HR matters, including expatriate management, international assignments, and compliance with global mobility policy
- Support monthly payroll and global assignees China individual income tax annual tax filling
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents and verification where necessary
- Support regular HR control and report validation exercise
- Analyze employee survey data and produce scorecards
- Provide the consultation to employees regards to the company policies and labor regulations etc.
- Support hiring team for talent acquisation, including manage interview and employment process in line with compliance of local government and company
- Support other HR activities, such as I&D and Wellbeing cultural events.
- Support Employee Benefit Activities
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 year experience in a Human Resource/Payroll, shared service center is a plus, High potential graduate is also considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors,Workday
- Able to work under pressure and change environment
- Self-motivated, dynamic, self-starter and a team player
- Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution
