ME Graduate - CNC

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next ME Graduate - CNC. You will be part of our [Manufacturing Engineer] team reporting to [Hiring manager title]. In this role, your mission is to Develop technical expertise in CNC machining and manufacturing processes to drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in production operations]. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. 

Your day-to-day

• Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve machining efficiency and product quality.
• Support the setup and calibration of CNC machines ensuring precision and compliance with production standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on CNC equipment to maintain operational reliability.
• Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and manufacturing best practices.
• Document manufacturing processes and contribute to standard operating procedures to enhance workflow consistency.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or internships involving CNC programming and machining operations.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
