Your Role

1．Set and operate multiple machines

设定和操作多台机器。

2．Responsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting tools, simple edits, Debarring and inspection of quality parts

负责毛坯件装载，操作机器，设定刀具，简单编辑程序，去毛刺和成品检查。

3．Set and renew CNC tooling as required,meanwhile can operate the grinding machine as priority

按要求设定和更换CNC刀具，熟悉磨床操作的优先

4．Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished components.

研究解释图纸，操作指导，规范或者样件来判定完成品的尺寸和公差。。

5．Communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.

和主管，工程师，产品控制，质量或者其它相关人员一起解决机加工或者质量问题。。

6．Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

保持设备和工作区域整洁，有序，执行基本的预防维护。

7．Undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools

承担机器设备TPM活动。

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education level:

 

Vocational School above with CNC or related major

职业中专以上学历，数控及相关专业

 

Relevant previous experience:

 
  • Must possess math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra.
  • 掌握数学技能，包括但不限于加、减、乘、除、几何和代数
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings

读懂和说明工程图纸

  • Understand geometric tolerance.

理解几何公差

  • 2-5 years experiences of setting\running Horizontal CNC machining ，it’s better to have the grinding experiences

2-5年HMC操作经验一年以上数控加工工作经验,有磨床经验更好。

  • Centres, (Makinos & Mori Seiki advantageous as is Knowledge of Fanuc Control)

最好有Fanuc 操作系统的Makinos或者Seiki机床经验。

  • Machining cast iron and grinding process

了解铸铁件的机加工和研磨工艺

  • Understand how to measure components (preferably CMM experience)

理解加工件测量，最好是有CMM经验
