Machine Shop Team Leader

Your role

You will

• Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. 
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods. 
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. 
• Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing production equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• You have Mechanical related major college and above
• Qualification(s) in an appropriate manufacturing discipline, followed by at least 2 years relevant manufacturing experience OR  Craft experience followed by at least 4 years relevant manufacturing experience.
• It must have a team leader for more than four years in his career PC Qingdao
• More than 6 years of experience in CNC Machining, especially in HMC machining and grinding.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Experience of managing and motivating teams is preferred, as is experience of leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience in Makino & Mori Seiki machining, Familiar with Fanuc Control is preferred.
