Marketing Manager East ACV

Your role
As a Marketing Manager East ACV, your mission is to drive and support profitable, accelerated growth for Atlas Copco Vacuum by increasing market share through a clearly defined product and market segment strategy across the Eastern Customer Centres.
You will
- Expand market share by strengthening the Asian focus on product and service requirements.
- Enable entry, development, and long‑term presence in the related ACV market segments with best‑in‑class products and services.
- Improve the ACV CGP/MC through smartly differentiated products and value‑based selling in line with the Asian market needs.
- Guide the product development roadmaps as such they reflect Asian customer and market requirements.
- Work closely with the Customer Centers to provide guidance based on their performance, competence levels, strategies.
- Further develop and support the Eastern marketing team to a level where they fully own their product portfolio on each required matter.
- Act as the bridge between the Asian product companies and customer centres.
- Work closely with your marketing colleagues of the other BU’s, Divisions or BA’s to find solutions covering the bigger picture.
- Promote a strong quality mindset and embed the ACV values and culture within Asian Product Companies and the Eastern marketing team.
- Deliver state-of-the-art marketing strategies, tools and materials.
- Support the customer centres to fully achieve their mission, ensure the correct product development specifications and priorities, provide guidance on their product strategies, core applications/segments,…
- Ensure key successes are leveraged and best practices are identified, highlighted and shared across the (Asian) regions and entities.
- Drive the NPI sales in the Eastern customer centres.
- Lead the eastern market analysis and market intelligence activities.
- Further advance digitalization, automation, and process development initiatives to strengthen Atlas Copco Vacuum and its business operations.

- Proven track record in product management and/or sales
- Competence in intercultural leadership
- Strong technical background – with a preference of a strong technical understanding of vacuum products, production processes or applications
- Strong customer-oriented attitude
- Results driven and able to handle ambiguity
- Competence in operating in a dynamic environment that is prone to evolve
