Your Role

• Ensure SHE management system and strategy are fully complianced with legal requirements and AC requirements.
• Well handle with internal and external audit and ensure the good result.
• Improve SHE culture by various programs(follow PDCA) to enhance employees' involvement and mindset to achive SHE OGSM.
• BCMS system optimized and successful implement within company.
• Provide professional SHE support to local departments for risks and injuries reduction.
• Be responsible for driving safety standardization and duel systesm effectively implementaion and maintain certification
• Responsible for site safety management and performance improvement
• Improve ACT safe and Lead safe performance and internal implementation
• Lead smart factory on SHE.
• Related government affairs and communication handling.

 
To succeed, you will need  

n  Education level

ü  Diploma in Safety engineering, or mechanical technical background.

n  Relevant Previous experience 

ü  2+ years in multi-national company SHE related experience preferable.

ü  Certified national safety engineer is madtory required.

ü  Certified ISO14001& ISO45001&ISO 50001 internal auditor is preferred.

n  Knowledge areas/Skills

Knowledge of machine guarding/LOTO/ergonomic engineering/PTW standards and requirements.

Loss control skill for fire safety, detector system and firefighting system.

Good computer proficiency and advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet/intranet functionalities and specialized database applications.

n  Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)

ü  Fluent in both spoken and written English

ü  ISO14001& 45001 system.

ü  Communication Skill,hign responsibilities, strong initiatives, good teamwork.

ü  Quick learning , logical thinking ability,ability to solve problems, adaptability
