Your Role

     Establish and continuous to optimize plant practical SHE rules, and relevant documents based on China legal, AC or VTBA related requirements. Be responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving ISO 14001/50001 management systems and sustainability related, ensuring their effective implementation. 依据中国法律、AC集团或VTBA等相关要求，负责建立、实施、维护和持续改进ISO 14001/50001环境及能源管理体系及可持续发展相关工作，并确保其有效落地实施。
    Make sure SHE programs are properly planned and managed for all employees, all of them can be involved in SHE activities and have the necessary competence. 确保正确策划和管理SHE（安全、健康与环境）相关工作，确保全员参与并使其具备必要的能力。
    Lead & initiate plant Environment and Energy management supervision and continue improvement. 主导环境与能源监督管理，并持续改进。
    Track updates of national and local environmental protection laws and regulations (wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste, noise, etc.), conduct compliance evaluations, and ensure that the company's production and business activities are legal and compliant. 实时跟进国家及地方环保法律法规（废水、废气、固废、噪声等）的更新，进行合规性评价，确保公司生产经营活动合法合规。
    Responsible for the energy management ,data collection, and analysis (water, electricity, gas, etc.) of the entire plant, identifying key points of energy consumption and sources of waste, Lead & coordinate energy-saving opportinuity. 负责公司的能源管理、数据采集与分析（水、电、气等），找出能源消耗的关键点和浪费源，主导并协调公司各部门寻找节能机会。
    Align with VT requirement, be responsible for Scope1,2&3 greenhouse gas emissions, and for establishing and promoting the implementation of plant sustainability roadmap.
负责根据集团要求进行内部（范围一、二、三）温室气体排放的核算与盘查，建立并推动工厂实施路线图。
    Ensure SHE actions of responsible RCEs in QD PC to ensure continuous improvement SHE culture & performance. 确保所负责的 RCE要素在公司得到有效的推动和实施，以确保 SHE 文化和绩效的持续改进。
    Be responsible for local chemical management to ensure 100% align with AC group requirements. 负责公司内部化学品管理确保全面符合AC集团要求。
    To drive environment & energy saving culture for behavior change and awareness improvement by various programs.      通过各种方式有效推动公司环保及节能文化，以实现全员行为方式的转变和意识的提升。
    To establish and maintain mature occupational health structure with the foundation of 100% legal compliance, reduce OH risk & avoid OH related disease happens. 建立并维护成熟的职业健康管理体系，以100%合规性为基础，降低职业健康风险，避免相关职业病发生。
    Related affairs handling from local government，maintain good communication with local government， be professional to hanle with related EPB or Energy supervision. 处理与地方政府相关的事务，与地方政府保持良好的沟通 ,应对各类环保督察和节能监察。

To succeed, you will need  

    Education level
    Diploma in Environment engineering, Environmental Science, Thermal Energy Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering and other related majors or background are preferred.
环境工程专业、环境科学、热能工程、能源与动力工程等相关专业优先。

    Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) 相关工作经验要求（胜任该职位所需的最少工作年限，而非总工作年限）
    3+ years in multi-national manufacturing or large company Environmental or Energy related experience preferable. 3年以上制造业或大型工厂环境管理及能源管理相关工作经验者优先。
    Certified ISO14001& ISO45001&ISO 50001 internal auditor is preferred. 拥有 ISO14001、ISO45001 及 ISO50001 内部审核员认证者优先。
    Certified national safety engineer is required. 具备国家注册安全工程师资质

    Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities) 知识领域/技能（履行角色职责所需的最低知识水平）
    Be familar ISO14001/50001 systm;熟悉ISO14001/50001管理体系标准。
    Professional knowledge of China environmental protection and energy-saving related laws, regulations and GB standards. 熟悉国家环保及节能相关法律法规、政策标准等。
    Familiar with carbon footprint, green electricity trading, clean production audits, proficient in energy audit methods, and capable of energy consumption data analysis.熟悉碳足迹、绿电交易、清洁生产审核、掌握能源审计方法，具备能耗数据分析能力。
    Good computer proficiency and advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet/intranet functionalities and specialized database applications. 良好的计算机技能，精通MS Office套件、互联网/内联网功能及专业数据库应用。
