Senior Development Engineer

Your role

As a Research and Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our organization's scientific and engineering capabilities. You will

• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the industry. 
• Ensure that all research and design methodologies comply with scientific and engineering standards. 
• Assist in the creation of business plans and budgets for product development. 
• Analyze and interpret quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated on industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for the company and customers.
• Monitor product development to ensure it meets technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.

• You have 3 - 5 years of experience related to a technical knowledge relating to rotating machinery and/or oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps and/or roots vacuum pumps (mechanical boosters) technology and/or basic electrical knowledge is beneficial.
• Able to plan the use of available resources and schedule and allocate work. Demonstrates ability to supervise, motivate and progress project team members
  
• Good level of knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proven record of practical experience of relevant experimental techniques, FMEA, reliability testing, the process of product design and the introduction of new products to production.
• Ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels internally and externally.
