Your role

As a Research and Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our organization's scientific and engineering capabilities. You will

  • Be responsible for formulating the R&D plan for motor products, and developing the concept design of motor products based on the performance of vacuum pumps.  
  • Be responsible for the system scheme design of motor products, including electromagnetic design, structural design, and performance design, etc.  
  • Design and implement the motor debugging and evaluation plan, discover and analyze design problems. 
  • Analyze and interpret quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for the company and customers.
  • Monitor product development to ensure it meets technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.

  • Have a solid foundation in motor electromagnetic field theory, motor control, and power electronics. Be familiar with common motor designs and have strong analytical skills, with more than 3 years of experience in motor design and rectification.
  • Possess strong learning ability, innovation ability, logical analysis ability, and communication and coordination skills. Have a team spirit and be able to work well with other members of the project team.
  • Have a solid foundation in motor electromagnetic field theory, motor control, and power electronics. Be familiar with common motor designs and have strong analytical skills, with more than 3 years of experience in motor design and rectification.
