Your Role

Support global manufacturing

Work with in a global diverse team

The role will require you to support manufacturing, purchasing and localising of product to be manufactured in Qingdao.

Support Ongoing product maintenance

Support ongoing sustaining of product, work with supply chain to establish alternative components and suppliers where needed. Validate and Verify components and assemblies meet the performance and specifications requirement.

Ensure compliance claims are not impacted, creating supporting documentation where needed and engaging with 3rd party experts where necessary

Support Customer

Work with locations around the world to understand the customer needs, making decisions on localised manufacturing, assist in addressing quality issues and being a key support function to enable customer success

Ongoing development

Develop solutions to problems in the field, with creativity and collaboration. Ensuring solutions meet the customer needs by designing and carrying out testing.

General

Own tasks and drive solutions in a timely manner, be able to prioritise and manage diverse stakeholders. Be adaptable and willing to learn on the job, discussing problems with strong communication and planning.

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• In Systems, electrical engineering.
• 5 years + Experience in a Related Industries: Semiconductor, Process industries.
• Knowledge of Controls, Semi S2, electrical design.
• Good level of knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Versatility and excellent self-motivation
• Outstanding communication and team working, be able to effectively communicate with all levels internally and externally.
• Language Skills, Fluent English in spoken and written.
• Other skills and knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD
• Problem solving and resilience
