The role

QD Graduate Program

This flexible 24-month program in Qingdao is designed to accelerate your professional development through targeted rotations across our engineering and business functions. You will shape your path based on your skills and interests while gaining a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of our operations through real-world business and project tasks. We are looking for engineers who are eager to collaborate, take on responsibility, and deliver on tangible projects.

What You Will Do:

• Drive Project Excellence: Work within local and divisional teams -including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Development-to implement new products, optimize processes, and integrate localized suppliers seamlessly into our Qingdao operations.
• Rotate through diverse roles to engage in the entire product lifecycle-from NPD and supplier management to advanced manufacturing (CNC, assembly, digitalization) and aftermarket services.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on process optimization and have the opportunity for international project assignments.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Relevant engineering internship experience is a plus.
• International experience (study or work abroad) is preferred.
• Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Adaptable and highly self-motivated.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
