Support the LEYBOLD SHEQ alignment project through assistance with documentation, development of formats, and collection of information related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and RCE requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or update the written SHE policy and procedures of the Company under the direction of the SHE Manager.
- Assist in the development, update, and control of SHEQ formats, records, and checklists.
- Work with the staff to assist in day-to-day activities of the department.
- Assist in coordination and preparation of reports, training materials and programs.
- Research solutions to improve SHE across the facility and support the administration of program delivery.
- Support follow-up activities related to risk assessments and action items for Monterrey and Querétaro locations.
- Support implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 related activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to collect, organize, and update SHEQ-related information.
- Assist with SDS updates and chemical management documentation.
To succeed, you will need
Education level
Student at an accredited college or university in:
- Environmental Health Safety Sciences
- Industrial engineer
- Environmental Engineering
- Related field
Relevant Previous experience
- No experience required
Knowledge areas/Skills
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions to exceptional problems outside the box.
- Self-motivates, independent, flexible, organized, and methodical.
- Results driven: Utilize ambition and effort to achieve results and accept accountability.
- Be adaptable in a new environment.

- Authorization to work in Mexico.
