Accountant

Your role

Mission / Purpose:
To review, ensure, and present the company’s financial and accounting information while guaranteeing compliance with tax and accounting regulations, as well as to provide key information for strategic decision‑making that contributes to the company’s long‑term sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review financial information records to ensure that transactions align with the corresponding accounts and proceed with the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare working papers for tax purposes.
• Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.
• Attend internal audits.
• Supervise bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare working papers for the Informative Return of Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT).
• Prepare departmental expense reports.
• Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our location in Queretaro,Mexico, Mexico (MX).
