Your role

As a Business Line Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and drive profitability across various channels. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our business line [name of business line].

You will:

  • Lead the sales operations team.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct engaging sales training sessions to empower your team.
  • Perform in-depth market research and pricing analysis to optimize our product positioning and ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for growth.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

We are looking for a person with a successful background in marketing and sales willing to implement an aggressive growth strategy. You should have proven strong leadership skills, plus a proven track record in sales and key account management. Good communication and customer orientation also will be needed.

 

Educational requirements

You should have a university degree, excellent analytical and financial skills as you will be responsible for the operations P/L and balance sheet.

Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish are mandatory.
