Account Manager - Specialty Rental
As a Account Manager, your mission is to drive sales growth by deeply understanding and addressing customer needs with expert technical solutions.
You will
Identify Customer Needs:
• Engage with clients to understand their power and air equipment requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to be in pace with the market
Technical Support:
• Provide expert advice on power equipment selection and application.
• To be the point of customer contact to collaborate with the technical team to ensure products meet customer specifications and needs.
Sales and Closing:
• Maintaining excellence records in CRM (Sales Force) in sales process, for all activities effectively for reporting and quotations.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and negotiate rental agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and emergencies, ensuring timely and effective resolution solutions to clients and team members.
• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

You have 3 - 5 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical electronic, mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience to be result driven, ideally within the equipment sales, aftermarket service or rental industry.
- With technical knowledge of air or power equipment and its applications
- Excellent presentation skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- With problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for job assignments may include over the weekends/ PH even after regular working hours due to job requirements
