Service Engineer - Rayong

Your Role

• Provide support to customer production line as per request and make line patrol schedule with provide relevant report
• Desoutter software, tool network & communication debugging and troubleshooting (Demeter, Pivotware, QMS, Vehicle Tracking system and wireless tools network)
• Finish service documents according as company and customer standard
• Provide customer quality assurance claim and follow up to ensure products been successfully working
• Repair breakdown tools inside customer place – mechanical skill required
• Carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Desoutter tool products, according to standard procedures
• Generate technical reports on service provided and upon customer request
• Collect and analyze KPI data and report regularly
• Collaborate with remote support team in case of modification required
• Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk
• Incorporate flexible attitude to working out of comfort zone
• Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy and report safety risks to prevent accident
• Other requirements assigned by manager/leader

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Good engineering skills, with at least 1 year experience in an Engineering service environment
• Service mind with high degree of flexibility and hard working (able to work overtime and every Saturday)
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and partners
• Self motivation and able to work alone
• IT, Network and database knowledge (Raven db will be an advantage)
