The Role

As a Customer Service Representative working for Atlas Copco Power Technique North America, you would:

 

  • Answer incoming phone calls and email from customers providing stock balances, pricing, and availability.
  • Enter parts orders into SAP
  • Investigate issues relating to inventory, pricing, deliveries and technical issues.
  • Track incoming shipments and back orders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and resources.
  • Participate in employee development programs including product and applications training.
  • Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of parts and a solid understanding of our customers and business.
  • Provide team coverage during absences.

What we expect of you? 

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years of customer service experience preferably in a similar work environment.
