Regional Product Manager

Your role
As a Regional Product Manager, your mission is maximize dry pump product opportunities and deliver high returns to Edwards in monetary and strategic terms measured by revenue and share. You will support new and after-market product sales through marketing, technical, and application know-how for North America. You will report to the Senior Manager for Applications & Product - Semi.
You will:
- Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs (incl. performance, CoO, sustainability, and form factor).
- Work within multi-disciplined teams including applications engineering, manufacturing (Product Company), Regional and Division product management, and sales to create and enhance value messaging, influence development of new product variants, enhance existing products, and promote product relative to competitive options.
- Partner with Account Teams and Division Marketing to develop and execute strategic Technical Review Meetings (TRMs).
- Consolidate voice of the customer and voice of the Division, then prioritize and communicate to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with resources from across Edwards (functionally and geographically) to deliver required business outcomes via contribution to: establishing winning Account Team customer specific dry pump product sales strategies, influencing Division product marketing roadmaps, and motivating and advocating for marketing plans and activities for dry pump products to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena, and that contributes to successful business plans and winning product positioning in the marketplace.
- Act to recommend regional/customer product pricing to maximize margin while optimizing penetration and share.

Ideally, you will have a BS degree in technical discipline; a MBA is valuable. You will also have 5-10 years of applications/product management/product marketing experience and a solid track record of hands-on experience with product wins and project execution success. Other skills we are looking for include:
- PowerPoint creation and proficient delivery succinctly with clarity and impact to customers and internal colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and supporting functions with co-workers.
- Proven ability to identify, articulate and promote/evangelize Edwards products.
- Experience in Semiconductor Process and Semiconductor Equipment ecosystem. Familiar with semiconductor OEM, fab end user, fab process, and subfab vacuum requirements. Vacuum technology knowledge is also desired.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our one of our Edwards Vacuum facilities in San Jose, CA, Hillsboro, OR, Phoenix/Chandler, AZ, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Albany, NY, or Boston, MA regions.
